THREE OF MY HORSES - (Dakota, Josie, and Latoya) ---CAME FROM THE SAME FARM IN VERSAILLES, KY. from MARILYN who RAISED THEM! WE WERE "SO HAPPY" AND "SO LUCKY" TO GET ALL THREE OF THEM! ELVIS CAME FROM BARBARA ON ANOTHER FARM IN VERSAILLES....HAD BEEN THERE MOST OF HIS LIFE! THEY ALL HAD BEAUTIFUL HOMES AND WERE LOVED VERY MUCH!!!
ELVIS, JOSIE, DAKOTA, AND LEMONDROPS ARE HIGHER PRICED BECAUSE THEY ARE TRULY FOUR OF THE VERY BEST HORSES WE HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF OWNING! HORSES LIKE THESE FOUR DO NOT COME ALONG BUT RARELY IN A LIFETIME1!!
DAKOTA! So beautiful! And So Much Fun To Ride!! He is four years old....but he is so much like a ten year old! He is so very smart! Dakota listens to your voice! He obeys commands without hesitation! He will stop on voice command and - he will stand to mount!!
Dakota is very loving....very affectionate! He loves to please and is so very humble! He loves trails......and does not hesitate to cross whatever you want! We have rode him in an area where a tornado went through with downed trees, brush, - and he steps ever so carefully and slow! Dakota takes care of his rider in difficult places! He will ride alone or with a group! He will drop back and ride alone, or he will ride front, middle or back! Again, he is amazingly smart! Dakota pays no attention to heavy traffic, ambulances, sirens, cycles, dump trucks, log trucks, all kinds of traffic, --barking dogs, goats, -we have yet to find something that he will spook at!
He will cross the widest creeks...without hesitation! Dakota loves his baths, ---he is easy to do all things with! Dakota is very safe for older children who are experienced riders, ages 8 and up. He is safe to lead smaller children! Dakota loves children and he loves attention!!!
Dakota will go in his faster gait and come right back down to a very slow walk without hesitation!
He is an amazing horse in every way! If you are looking for an awesome trail horse- don't miss out on Dakota!!
